TWO FREE Personal Fitness Training Sessions –
Following your assessment and evaluation, we offer two free personal training sessions so you can get an idea about how we work with clients and, more importantly, how we will work with you. -
Private Personal Fitness Training –
A fitness program is designed for you based on your goals and the information we get from your assessment and evaluation. The program is designed to move you forward toward achieving your goals within a reasonable time. Your nutritional habits and needs are a part of the personal training program. -
Regular progress checks –
we work with you so we both know how you’re progressing toward your goal. We offer STYKU Body Scanning technology, at no additional cost, to assist in the progress checks.
